Shipping and Handling

Plush Animal Habitat ships United Parcel Service Ground, United States Postal Service Priority Mail. All orders received by midnight eastern time will be shipped no later than the next business day. Insurance is not optional and the cost is incorporated into the shipping charge. Please let us know immediately about any shipping problems with your order.

It is our policy to have in stock Gund's complete line. Our current fill rate is typically greater than 99.999%. We do not have backorders.

Return Authorization

Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, notify us immediately (within 24 hours) and we will issue a return authorization for the unused merchandise - Returns that are not authorized will be refused. This policy is necessary in order to protect the non-use integrity of our inventory.

For returns that are authorized; we will issue a full merchandise refund for orders that were less than $50; and for orders over $50 that received Free shipping we will impose a 20% re-stocking charge. Merchandise must be returned, new, unopened and in original condition immediately, but no later than two weeks after purchase (no exceptions).
